Tim Brassil

Growing up in a family of construction workers and developers, Tim Brassil was raised in real estate. At a young age, he spent the summer and winter months working construction in high rises all across the Manhattan skyline. A first generation Irish American, his entrepreneurial spirit continues to capture the attention of everyone he does business with.

Quickly realizing that hard, strenuous labor was not his calling, he vigorously continued with his studies and ultimately financed his college education through his construction work and various scholarships awarded to him.   In the end, he received his degree in economics from Loyola College in Maryland and then completed his graduate work at the International School of Economics from the prestigious Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Holland.  Upon returning back to America he founded and directed a mortgage company that specialized in catering to the needs of the first time home buyers.

His compassion and dedication to his clients brought him great success and allowed him to parlay his achievement over to the rental and sales market in Manhattan. His passion for real estate and his understanding of the market allow him to seamlessly walk his clients through every transaction from beginning to end.  Diligent and determined, Tim prides himself on listening to his clients and pays close attentions to every detail. His persistence for piecing together the perfect deal helps ensure every client finds exactly what they are looking for at a price they can afford.

Along with his enthusiasm and fervor for self improvement, his travels across the globe have never ceased. in the last twelve years, he has been to 26 countries and five continents; he spent time working on his family’s farmlands in the south of Ireland and spent three summer months working in Melbourne, Australia.

 

Ryan Lahr

Ryan’s dedication and passion for his business separates him from the rest. Coupled with a strong background in hospitality and human resources, Ryan is respected and known for his attention to detail & producing results. Before embarking in a career in real estate, Ryan spent 7 years in the health and fitness industry where his biggest accomplishments came from his devoted relationships to his clients and delivering on each individual’s needs & desires.

After earning a degree in marketing from Loyola University Maryland, Ryan spent a year living abroad in NZ and Australia where is days were filled with adventure, travel and also embarking on a career in the hotel industry. Since that time he has spent his professional life serving his customers with the utmost respect and honesty. Upon returning to the states, Ryan decided to leave his hometown of Doylestown, Pennsylvania for the bright lights and opportunities of the Big Apple.  Living in New York since 2002, Ryan has learned all of the ins and outs of city life and is excited to help his clients find their new home in the greatest city in the world.

Commitment is not only a characteristic in Ryan’s professional realm but also thrives in personal life. He is a proud competitor in athletic racing including the New York City and Philadelphia Marathons, and also event raising fund for foundations & charities he understands the importance of find a fine balance in life & at home and is devoted to finding the same for his clients.

 

Nancy Tucek

Nancy came to Village Living Realty with previous experience in Manhattan real estate, she is truly in a class of her own. She has fostered relationships with landlords since 1992 by providing them with excellent tenants.

 

Nancy goes the extra step to make sure that the landlord’s requirements and the potential tenant’s qualifications and budget are a perfect match. Hence, she is the exclusive agent for sixty rental buildings in some of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city, including the Upper West Side, the West and East Village, Chelsea, SoHo and the Upper East Side.

Many of the apartments in the buildings she represents have very sort after rent stabilized leases. Nancy is a consummate business woman who sees to it that all the T’s are crossed.
