Tim could not have been more pleasant and helpful.  After looking at an apartment I was interested in but not 100% sure about, Tim took the better part of an hour to answer all of my questions and honestly at that.  I really appreciated his patience.  He knew every person we encountered in the apartment building and they all said great things about their experiences with the company.  I was even offered my application fee back if I decided not to apply for the apartment, which is pretty much unheard of in this city.  I would highly recommend Village Living to someone looking for honesty and patience in a process that can be very stressful and daunting.

I was a little wary about using this company because of negative Yelp reviews, but I’m so glad I did!  They were wonderful!  Ryan really went out of his way to talk me through every step of the process and went over the lease / paperwork with me for nearly an hour to make sure I knew all my tenant rights.  I’ve been renting in NY since 1995 and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.  They also respond quickly to messages and emails.  I’d definitely recommend them!

Great Experience! I was recently looking for an apartment in the West Village and contacted Village Living.  They were professional, thorough, HONEST and extremely pleasant to work with.   After having a less than stellar experiences with several other brokers,  they took the time to listen to my requirements and helped me find an AMAZING apartment that fit my budget.

I would not have been able to do it without them! They guided me through the whole process from organizing the necessary paperwork to signing the lease.
